Dayane Tropicaos, videomaker and visual artist, is one of the creators of Cine Sem Churumelas (2014–2022) and the founder of the project O Inusitado Cabe Dentro do Comum (The Unusual Fits Within the Common, 2015–2019). She participated in the film festivals Timeline — Belo Horizonte International Video Festival (2016), the st ANIMACÊ — Cerrado Animation Film Festival (2015), and the 13th Mostra do Filme Livre (Free Film Showcase, 2014). Graduated in Visual Arts from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), she also participated in the Bolsa Pampulha residency program (2019).
