The 27th FestCurtasBH is now accepting applications for those interested in participating in the Corpo Crítico workshop, which, in 2025, will be partnering with Revista Descompasso.

Free registration, open from October 10th to 20th, 2025

The workshop “Traces of the Imponderable: Ways of Seeing, Listening, and Tensioning,” held by Descompasso Magazine at the invitation of Corpo Crítico, proposes an immersion into zones of openness and fissure. Guided by texts by Jean-Claude Bernardet, Rogério Sganzerla, Roland Barthes, Edwin Frank, Nicole Brenez, and others, the workshop invents writing exercises as practices of detour: ways of disarticulating the automatic gesture of criticism, of rejecting immediate evidence, of pursuing traces, noises, and margins. It is less the interpretation of the work as a whole that is of interest, but rather what spills out of it — fragments hinted at as enigmas, folds that disrupt the order, signals that vibrate to other places.
