Fabio Rodrigues Filho works as a curator, editor and film critic. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Social Communication at UFMG, where he also earned his Master ‘s degree. Originally from Bahia, he graduated from UFRB. Fabio has been a member of selection committees for several festivals, including FestCurtasBH (2019 to 2023), Goiânia Mostra Curtas (2022/23), DiaLab (2018), FIANB (2020/21/23). Since 2015, he has collaborated with CachoeiraDoc and has also directed the films “Tudo que é apertado rasga” (2019) and “Não vim no mundo pra ser pedra” (2022). Additionally, he is a part of the Poéticas da Experiência research group and previously coordinated the Mário Gusmão film club. Fábio is currently a programmer at Cinema do Dragão.
