Margarida and Rosa, two guides in their twenties, lead a group of tourists through Serra da Arrábida, in Portugal. While they give a comprehensive explanation on the region’s flora, a young man feels drawn to Rosa. When she explains about a rare species that exists only in a range of 32km, he takes a flower – both lovingly and violently – to offer her, unaware of the collapse he’s about to cause.
